1. The service
The site presents our custom software development services and lets you request quotes, including through a guided quiz, and read the blog. Registration is free.
2. Accounts
You agree to provide truthful information and keep your credentials safe. You may request account deletion at any time; we may suspend accounts used abusively.
3. Estimates and quotes
The quiz estimate is purely indicative and non-binding: it is an automatic calculation based on your answers. Any economic commitment arises only from a written quote accepted by both parties.
4. Development projects
Development work is governed by a separate contract signed by the parties, which prevails over these terms for everything concerning the project (fees, timelines, code ownership, warranties).
5. Intellectual property
Site content (texts, graphics, blog articles) belongs to Sorcelyx: you may quote it with a link to the source, not reproduce it wholesale for commercial purposes.
6. Acceptable use
You may not: use the site for unlawful activities, attempt unauthorised access, send bulk or automated requests (abusive scraping, form spam), or interfere with the security of the service.
7. Liability
The site is provided "as is": we do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free informative content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing the new version on this page. Italian law applies; disputes go to the courts of the controller's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction.
